Transworld have won the hotly contested auction to publish Jack Dee after pursuing him for nearly 3 years. It won’t come as much of a surprise to hear that the book, to be published by Doubleday in Autumn 2009, will be packed with Jack’s views on the world and what he finds wrong with it. “I’m delighted to be associated with Transworld, especially now I know that they are a prestigious publishing house and not a dodgy sex shop in King’s Cross,” says Dee.
